Shipping & Returns

We ship all orders from Germany within 1–2 business days.

Shipping providers: DHL / Deutsche Post.

Estimated delivery times:

– Germany: 1–3 business days

– EU: 3–7 business days

– Switzerland & Norway: 4–8 business days

Tracking: you will receive an email with the tracking link once your package is on its way.

Shipping costs: calculated at checkout depending on the destination.

Duties/Taxes: outside the EU, additional fees may apply.

You can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions: unworn, undamaged, with tags/original packaging.

Excluded: gift cards, heavily used or damaged items.

Return costs: customer covers return shipping within the EU, except when the error is ours.

How it works:

Send us your order number (#), email, and reason to love@lezz.es or use the Return Request form.

We reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and instructions.

Once we receive the item, we refund via the original payment method or send the exchange.

Refund processing time: 3–5 business days after the item arrives.

Defect/Wrong item: Please include photos; we cover the return shipping.
