General Terms and Conditions for Lezz.

1. Scope
These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop [Shop URL]. The operator of the shop is:

2. Contracting parties, conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded between the customer and Lezz. By clicking the order button, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the items in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent by email, but does not constitute acceptance of the contract. The purchase contract is only concluded upon confirmation of shipping.

3. Prices and payment terms
All prices are in euros and include VAT according to Spanish tax regulations. Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed during the ordering process.

4. Delivery and shipping conditions
Delivery is worldwide unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method.

5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which the customer or a third party designated by him receives the goods.

The following are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

Custom-made or personalized products
Sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

6. Warranty and Liability
The statutory warranty rights apply. The customer has the right to repair or replacement if a product is defective. If repair fails, the customer can request a refund.

Our liability is limited to gross negligence and intent. We are only liable for minor negligence if essential contractual obligations are violated.

7. Data Protection
We collect, store and process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Further details are available in our privacy policy.

8. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Spanish law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is [place of jurisdiction in Spain], provided the customer is an entrepreneur.

9. Final provisions
